Top 10 recruits. The 2018 class for example has 5 recruits, 4 were top 15 recruits. A good chance that 3 or 4 of them would go straight to the NBA without the rule.

If playing big minutes as a freshman is an important factor to Liddell Illinois, Indiana and Mizzou would be better options. If winning a championship and getting draft is a bigger priority then Duke would be the place to go.
