Rich Daly was retained as a consultant to help him through the transition and to land Kareem Rush. Then following the probation Quin's entire staff was essentially dictated to him, that is where Melvin Watkins and Jeff Meyer were brought in. Then Watkins was retained during the transition to Mike Anderson and remained on his staff.
