There is some calculus behind staying even if he stays in the lottery. Does he value guaranteed money over getting to his free agency a year earlier? That said, if he comes back and injures himself again he may falls out of the lottery all together.

The bottom line is if he decides to come back he isn't all about the $$$.

Also, the draft scale heavily incentivizes Jontay to come back and improve his stock IMO.
