possible father, is that he should not bear the psychological burden of know he has a child out there that he may not intend to father. Plus, if she has a child, that person should DEFINITELY have the right to look up their father if wanted.

Short of that, one of the few places left today in which a simple law is appropriate, presumably federal for simplicity of future parties, that makes some kind of decision on it instead of an endless string of lawsuits ad infinitum.

Most lawyers will disagree with me.
