As for the substance, it would be a matter of property rights and it would depend on fact intensive question re: who possesses the embryos, how their creation was funded, if there were any agreements in the dissolution re: the embryos, etc.

With regard to the wife's body and her desire for more children, the husband has no right to control her in that regard. He may, however, have some right to retake some of his property (the embryos).
