governments that he would voluntarily agree to submit to. He claims he is not a citizen of the US, nor presumably to his state or county or city etc. He does not believe that the law of those governments are legitimate, nor morally binding upon him.

In other words, I do not believe that he would agree with you about governments having a legitimate function in passing laws on even those most commonly agreed upon.

But getting down to more specific things... Are you in favor of speed limits? Laws against drunk driving?
