The consequences of a subjective morality, made up by each individual person themselves, is chaos.
Steven Paddock may well have thought that murdering all of those people was moral. In a psychopath's mind it might even be considered a good thing. Too many people in the world as it is, might as well take out some of the worst ones, than there are some 22,000 Trump supporters within gunshot range. In his own mind he may have been doing the world a favor.
Nietzsche considered traditional Christian morality to be a weakness, something that held back humanity. He felt that the "Ubermensch" who was not constrained by such morality was far superior to those who cared for others and would not murder when it was to their advantage.
Hitler took those ideas and ran with them.
