that sometimes scars from the past don't manifest themselves for a couple of years

Is what we're seeing more of the fault of Odom and staff, or more of the fault of the previous staff for the lack of upperclassmen that are playing good ball? Are these recruiting misses by Pinkel and his staff, or is this lack of development by Odom and his staff?
