factors that led to where we are now. you can't blame it all on Odom. hell you probably can't blame all that much on Odom. but that has absolutely no bearing on whether or not you think he's capable of leading a program out of where it is now.

there is wisdom in knowing when to cut your losses and invest your efforts in another strategy. clinging to this arbitrary "he needs 3 goll durn years!" is shortsighted and foolish.
