I would put eye for talent first. Not to be confused with eyes for stars. Talent that can flourish and help win in what a coach wants to do. Examples Melvin Booker, the aforementioned Zaire Taylor, Laurence Bowers these were players way down in the recruiting rankings but excelled once in the line up. Personality and Track record brings you connections. Bottom line your identified qualities are correct.
