good players. How you do that differs from coach to coach. Some are charismatic, some are relatable, some cheat their asses off, some have good connections to shoe companies, some have connections to connected people (World-Wide Wes), some have a geographic advantage (UCLA). There really is no one trait that makes a coach a good recruiter.
