He is using improper benefits, accepting players who have no other options, bending rules, and hiring parents. Basically just leveraging the environment Roy established there to the fullest advantage and taking advantage of the NCAA's ineptness. I don't think that is the same thing as the posed topic.

Nobody 'wants' to spend 4 years in Lawrence. Some have to, some are enticed to endure it because they deem the other things offered offsets it sufficiently.
