Something about one of the several other coaches who have done it. I don't know who they all are but it's a relatively short list. It is a rare occurrence and Norm is one of the few who achieved it. I don't recall calling any of them a "failure"---can you provide a link to where I did?

You are almost as sick as figi... the two of you should pair up for a joint therapy session.
