dismissal was leaked, and that a decision to return to Columbia, Missouri was being made based upon him losing his job in Washington, therefore being without a job, and the rest of his family being in Columbia, Missouri. How crazy would that be to want to reunite the family until the decisions were made about how to move forward?

Just a little common sense goes a long way.
