Which is pretty good. In contrast, Bo Ryan went 353-76 at a lower level and won 4 national championships and 8 conference championships. He then moved up to a mid-major D1 job and proved competence there, then was given a major D1 opportunity because he had conclusively proven he could coach at a lower level.

Bo Ryan took an atypical path, Kim Anderson took an indefensible path.
