Because how can it be "currently" and state the 4 year 930 or 2 year 940 and then also be in '15 and '16 and beyond since that is also current. Hopefully this crappy interpretation is right and that 851 from '14 isn't hurting us anymore and that would make sense with what the Tribune saying it doesn't affect us anymore if they are using the 2 year average.
