Why wouldn't you hire Porter as an assistant if you're his sister-in-law?

He's played the game at a high level in college and played and coached post-college. He's a charismatic communicator with a high work ethic and a entrepreneurial self-starter. Your sister trusted him enough to marry him. He's the father of and has coached two girls who were projecting to be high level college basketball players.

It's beyond ridiculous to say Pingeton hired him because he's family, thereby defining nepotism.
