you asked for a "legal opinion" earlier. Since you're not a legal expert, you really can't say "Judge has no legal basis" - you could say that you think he's full of ****, but questioning his legal basis is kind of silly.

Personally, I think it is a grey area - but intent (Trump's statements & Rudy's are relevant) will likely torpedo the EO.

trump will hate to lose one, but he can tell the alt-right that he tried.
