What is wrong with the current vetting process?

Has it failed?

I'm not morally against bans/proper vetting. I am against bans based a specific religion - I'm not muslim; what if my religion is next?

The Suadi point was, we have a history of terrorism from SA - not these 7 countries. If trump is going to impose a ban, wouldn't it seem more plausible to ban citizens from countries whose residents have a history of conducting terrorist acts?

I'm critical of this ban on the surface because I believe it was a political stunt that was poorly implemented. Trump promised a muslim ban when campaigning, so he had to deliver something - damn the consequences.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
