arbiter of the constitutionality of an executive branch order. It's one person.
It's like saying you found a judge in Kansas one day who claims R v. W is illegal and rules to ban abortions. that judge can render a decision but ultimately, there are many opinions and a structure in place to finally decide.
I'm quite eager to have the final arbitration done.
Now - what do YOU PERSONALLY believe is illegal or unconstitutional about the Executive order.
