does - which is why all this noise is rather funny.
it's their job to determine the immigration plan, policy, numbers and if the systems and people in place are conducting the activities to their satisfaction.
The new administration decided to do more, to evaluate and assess and likely will implement new processes, new restricted countries, etc.
I'm still trying to figure out what is alarming or out of context for you (and others) about this.
