What is due process for a travel & business VISA holder?

What is due process for a refugee? What kind of status have they been granted

Without looking I would suspect a travel and business VISA holder's rights to come here or stay can be withdrawn at any time. They might have some process rights under the regs. But if they are out of the country I am not sure you have to let them come back. I would have to look at the regulation.

Anyway you stated their due process right was violated so which one. If it actually is tied to a federal regulation that would be good for those that would actually go read the regulation. To be honest I am to lazy to research it but if you provide I will read it
