along with the full cost of attendance provisions. So scholarships won't be one year agreements.

While scholarships were previously one year agreements, they were for all purposes multi-year guarantees because of the bad publicity schools would suffer should they screw over players.

But players will make decisions to transfer all the time based on playing time opportunity and there's the opportunity for a school to order up that random drug test one more time to execute a "3rd strike" against a guy. This is essentially what Pinkel did with Mauk.
