Given that was uncovered would normally not rise to the level of constituting an investigation or punishment. Hard to have a majority when there was basically nothing there outside of some compliance slip ups that gave no competitive advantage to anyone.

I am saying your timeline is off. Haith left, and then retroactively a timeline was created that portrayed it as he left for that reason.
