In this case, per MU's report:
"While the original allegations involving the student athlete were not substantiated, the supplemental investigation regarding student-athlete 1 uncovered the proposed findings of fact outlined in the SDR."
Those violations occurred after we had already hired a new coach. So an investigation kicked off after Haith left, and found violations that occurred after Haith left. But MU was not under investigation for anything that was substantiated before he left.
