The majority of the violations occurred before Haith left.

The notice of inquiry is notification that an investigation is underway and they are coming to campus, so better spread your cheeks.

They didn't have the opportunity to come to campus before Haith left, because he immediately packed his bags. During the course of the investigation, they found violations that occurred while he was the head coach and responsible for everything that happened in his program. When they come to campus, they nearly always find issues beyond the initial allegations - it's what they do.

I really don't know how anyone can take the position you do on this issue. It's baffling.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
