Ok I guess, but that is kind of weird

He coached an MU team that was ranked nationally as:

#6 in scoring offense
#1 in FG%
#11 in assists
#1 in assist/turnover ration
#7 in turnover margin
#5 in fewest fouls committed

And he rightly won NCOY award for that. To say he isn't really a good coach when we directly observed contrary evidence is kind of odd in my opinion. That team was obviously very well coached, and it was one of the most offensively efficient teams in the last decade of college basketball.
