In Haith's last 9 seasons his teams have an avg Kenpom ranking of 49.9. Its reasonable to expect to be a top 50 caliber program with Haith as your coach. That isn't really good enough for MU, but its respectable and decent.
Kim's avg Kenpom ranking is 178.7. That seems a little inflated, simply because its very difficult for major conference teams to fall below the 150 levels because of SOS being a significant component in the calculation. But regardless with Kim as your coach it is reasonable to expect to be somewhere in the top 180 or so programs, at least in the short term. Obviously now that he has to rely exclusively on his own recruiting that number will be difficult to maintain.
