Obama was not that smart at DC politics. He was a neophyte and it showed.

Knowing they would not get the GOP support - and knowing this needed to happen when it did - they voted it through.

First time HC Reform was passed in 80 years.

I never said it was bi-partisan. Learn to read. I said the GOP put their efforts SOLELY on making Obama fail and not get re-elected. Talk about a fail.
