for them tout all of the millions who now have access to health care. Those millions now have access to a system that they still cannot afford to actually use.

If you are poor enough to qualify for subsidies then a plan with even a $3K deductible is no more useful than the old system when they did not have health care. What is the point of providing health insurance if they still cannot afford health care?
