I watched that meeting Obama called so that they could sit at a table and work it out. GOP told Obama to go to hell.

The Olive Branch basically went on for about three years of Barry's first term until he came to the late realization that the GOP wanted FIRST and FOREMOST and to the exclusion of everything else that he fail.

Fact that he didn't is pretty remarkable.
