Sure as sht is son. The US once provided a higher level of care. We don't anymore. Today, best system - France (and they do pay a lot for it, but we are not even on the playing for best system). Best LEVEL and QUALITY of care - something once fully the purview of the US - is in Germay.

You want heart surgery today ? Get it in Thailand. Equal level of care to the US at a FRACTION of the cost.
