people from a poor background of broken homes and poor schools, and putting them in jobs in which they are destined to fail, you may help one family financially. But the situation from which they came continues to fester.
That is why i have said here many times that there needs to be a Secretary of Inner City development. And i do not mean HUD. It is not the buildings in the inner city that need restoration, it is the souls of the people living (and dying) there. The hopelessness, the despair, the drugs.
The hopelessness.
The reasons for black underachievement are not money and buildings. It is education and responsibility. Life skills.
Parenting skills.
Until those are addressed, the inner cities will remain sewers of despair.
This is the very worst part of obama's shameful legacy. He intentionally did nothing, with the purpose of dividing the races even more, to secure power for the government over a divided and angry nation. Black victims and white guilt.
The inner cities are obama's shame.
