As stated constantly, there can be no discussion of racism/racialism unless all agree on the definition - which won't happen - but people should be least agree for any particular discussion.
Given the almost complete lack of standards from the left for discussing anything, the frustration will dominate all.
Minorities (ok, does that include Asian?) should not have special favors, partly because it will long term be to their detriment. If I'm hiring and know that college, or even HS, helped him get into and thru school with lower standards, why would I hire over another who was not "helped". Only the droolers, in their obsessive "compassion", MIGHT do that. Or not.
