the money to hire my own force what is to stop me in your world?

Let's assume there are community police forces instead of private. That does not change my issue. My little enclave of dayglow white people decide that our neighborhood needs their own police force so we hire one while the larger community around us has hired a different one. My neighbor uses police force A and I am using police force B. Who has jurisdiction if I decide to take a shot at my neighbor? Something tells me police force B who is getting a monthly check from me will be more likely to see things my way while police force B will take my neighbors side of the issue.

It only gets worse with private courts. What happens when my court finds my neighbor guilty and his finds me guilty?

Are you still refusing to see the jurisdictional problems that can arise here? With no overall authority there is absolutely nothing you can do to enforce the rulings of your court over mine.
