police forces operating in the same area.

If I am paying my own police force are they going to be more concerned with upholding the 'law' or my personal interest?

What happens when you molest a child and my police force shows up to arrest you? Is your police force just going to step aside and give you up or are they going to protect the 'rights' of their employer?

To take it one step further what happens when my court finds you guilty of the crime and your's finds you innocent?

Are you really incapable of seeing the problems that arise when there is no ultimate authority or at the very least no defined division of authority?
