corporate taxes =/= a "subsidy".
Your argument appears to be "corporate taxes should be determined based on the fairness of their executive compensation and overall fiscal well-being", or something to that effect.
Corporate tax rates
Executive Pay
These cannot be linked via tax policy that I know of nor do I have any interest in it.
Ideologically, it sounds like you want a magic formula that makes corporate rates just low enough to have companies want to be here and invest and make money, but if they make too much money or spend more of their revenue on execs than the little guy, they should be taxed higher.
In reality, the little guy will always be fvcked by the executive. If you raise corp taxes (eliminate the subsidy as you call it), they will simply hold more cash and still pay the execs and fvck the little guy.
corp tax policy can't "fix" executive compensation.
