with businesses who want state tax incentives? He was keenly interested in Indiana during the primary (it ended up clinching him the nomination) and with his VP choice of Pence he was able to make a direct impact on the carrier plant.

I'm not saying what he did was a bad thing but I think it is troublesome, in a way he was picking a winner.
