It' is possible that a solid foundation is in place.
PG should be good with Phillips & Roberts
Wing has some potential in Walton, Barnett, & maybe Hughes/Jackson
Up front is really where the team needs to either upgrade in talent or really develop what's here.

If the guys on the wing don't develop this year, then yea there's not much of a foundation.
