From a guy that knows basketball...
Upperclassmen plus Barnett look like a legit ball team. Walton even more explosive this year. Barnett shoots well. He said they all looked like improved versions of themselves...no huge surprises, but good team play.
Nikko was the best looking freshman and will play. Hughes and Jackson are athletic but were out of position most of the night. He said Jackson had no rebounds. Smith and Kemp were completely lost; Wolf will play before them. He didn't say anything about Geist, so I'm assuming he also was a non-factor.
His overall impression: Hughes and Jackson were a big disappointment, but Barnett is a legit player, and returning players are better all around. Will be a better team, but unknown how much better.
