I like Haith because we won every year

We have not won ever since he left. It is that simple. Kim has led us through the worst two seasons in the past 50 years. Haith led us through the winningest 3 year period in the past 50 years. It is that simple.

I know, I know, Kim has only lost because of the mess Haith left for him.
