the NCAA committee on infractions, which I believe is actually comprised of various member institution officials and some members of the public.
Mizzou's was not the only case, and perhaps not the most pressing matter to which they needed to attend at that particular time. I don't know if there's a record of what else they were doing between the Summary Disposition Report and their final disposition of the case, but I do know that Missouri's case isn't the only one they've reviewed this past year.
