Why didn't he coach that well the next 2 seasons...?

...and why has he regressed every year since that first year? Did he forget how to coach? He was not why we won 30 games. You simply look at the result and then try to attribute whatever your agenda is to that result. Thats all you can do is look up historical data. Don't embarrass yourself by trying to throw your opinion around and revealing your ignorance.
