Three straight classes of highly coveted players who all ended up not being good across the board, which we fortunately shed exactly the right ones and kept all the ones who can eventually contribute. That is much more probable than the single unifying characteristic that the huge unqualified reach who has coached all of them is actually performing in a manner that details why no other program has undergone such an experiment. Clearly lies all on the players, who were each individually and then collectively as a group grossly mis-evaluated.
