Its not Kim's fault he was promoted considerably beyond his competence, that lies with Alden and all Kim did was accept. I do think he shoulders some blame this season for not stepping aside at the conclusion of last year, at this juncture I no longer think its valid to say no fault of his own.

Think she would have rolled her eyes and it wouldn't have reflected favorably on you if I said I knew you via Tigerboard. But she did really enjoy it.
