I think he sees that MU is more than likely spinning their wheels by hiring an old coach with the prospects of program building.
In this day in time, spend the money on an established big time winner and it repays tenfold. More fans, more sales and s great buzz around the program with national attention. This day in time it can be turned in 1 year.
