and I'm not trying to argue the merits of Christianity, I'm simply looking at it from a philosophical point of view.

I don't know if there is a god, but I do believe we, as humans, have free will. That makes it difficult for me to reconcile with the thought of an omniscient being. If there is some sort of spiritual being, I tend to think it would not be sentient, it would just exist without understanding its effect.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
