That's not what he did. He did screw up but not that extent. And he would have been able to stay on the team but he didn't respect Kim because he didn't feel as if deserved the job and didn't listen to what he told him. Jones respected Haith and would have done what he was told. And I've been told that Biedschied would have likely been on the team too because Haith was actually able to get high-level talent to do what he wanted. Haith would have definitely been substantially better than Kim abut still would have been fired.
