player on his roster who scored more than 5 PPG the previous year. The difference was that he was actually able to do the job at this level and retained the important talent while rebuilding the roster. I think Fiji's post is towards those who like to claim that Kim is facing some sort of impossible rebuild which has become a popular refrain from KA'ers. Kim didn't inherit a NCAA team. He didn't inherit a program that should only win 19 games across 2 years either. He inherited a program that with proper stewardship should have been at least a bubble team in year 3.
