What???

So our 26 (16 regular season and 10 post-season tournament) 'Big 12 championships' ARE NOT 'meaningless' and ARE and SHOULD BE recognized by your fan base as well as everyone who follows the sport of college basketball as merited value and worth?

Yes?

And who were 'Big 12 Champions' in men's basketball for the 1998-99 season? Simple question. Why are you running away from answering it?
